LC1201
Hey Guys, I got into PA school (yay!!) and need an apartment. I'm not sure how to go about qualifying for one since I won't be working while in school. How do you qualify if you don't have a cosigner and won't have income? Not really sure how to proceed. Thanks!
PAtoMD
Loans, loans and loans. You'll probably have the show the apartment that you are receiving X amount in loans to prove that you'll be able to pay. Congratulations on your acceptance
MT2PA
As above, you may have to provide proof of loans (proof varies by what apt will accept). This MAY limit you because complexes could say no but if you're in a college town odds are good they've encountered it before.
