Are there any rn's that are accepted to the program? It may be unusual, but I have spoke with PA's and NP's and they have said better things about the education of  PA regarding their general med focus compared to the population focused view of a NP. This is my first time applying, I have been an RN for over a year and previous experience includes a CMA and CNA.

We do have at least one RN in our program (class of 2020) I know. There are pros and cons to both programs PA and NP. If it is something you desire to do, being an RN does not seem to hinder your chances of getting in whatsoever.
