DevilDoc
Just kind of a rant, but why the heck are start dates for PA programs just all over the place?! I'm currently in the military, so I'm trying to apply for programs that are around my ETS date of October 2020, so I can go straight into it right after I get out, or get a waiver to get out early to start school in August or September. But admissions are everywhere. January, May, March, July?! So I'd have to wait almost half a year to go to school because of some of these start dates. Along with do the actual admission process of going to interviews and what not. anyway rant over
aceface
Save all your money now until you ETS. It's easy to do that if you stay in the barracks and eat at the chow hall. Don't go on leave at all. You can get out on terminal leave early if you have a lot of days saved up. You can also sell your leave dates for the extra cash. If you get accepted, you can just chill with a nice cushion until the random date that PA schools start.

I’m dual military, so saving isn’t so hard, but not taking leave is gonna be hard just because my unit has a high OP Tempo, so having a short vacation is nice when time permits as well as extra time to study more. May just have to bite the bullet and save the leave
