My current contract is up on 11/13/18 and so far I am considering staying with the group. On my current contact I am to give a 60 day notice of termination of the contract. If my employer does not approach me with a contract extension do I approach them? If so then at what point do I approach my employer about a contract extension? That being said, if your contract expires you aren’t obligated to give them 60 days as you are no longer under a contract to give them 60 day notice on..... I’m not sure if this is one of those situations where waiting for them is to your advantage. If you like to gamble you could start interviewing for other jobs and putting them down as a reference.
