I don't believe you will be considered specifically for next cycle, it would be for this cycle. That being said, if you are put on the waitlist for THIS cycle you may be offered a seat for the class of 2020 if you don't get pulled for 2019. I tried calling but it doesn't allow you to actually speak to someone.. it just has you leave a voicemail.
