It's basically a situational judgement test. You are given 12 scenarios and 5 minutes to answer 3 questions about each scenario (in essay/short answer form). I just took it in early May as 4 of  the schools I'm applying to required it. They say it takes about 2-3 weeks for schools to receive your results. Each of the 12 questions is graded by a different person so personal bias is avoided. My best advice would be to do some practice questions online (there are a lot), and be honest and true to yourself when you answer the questions. Hope this helps!
