slyflourish
Any other folks that can chime in? It seems like an offer with an interesting mix of options, but I'm hoping to get a better sense of it, by comparison to others. The AAPA salary report has a very low number of respondents for the area.

This offer is very close to what I make and same area so I would ask for 3% 401K match and better health insurance coverage, keep everything else the same! Let me know! Good luck! PA-SGuy
could always try to get to 90k after one year. Also, is the student loan repayment every year or just once? Ask about raises as well.

Thanks for the details, that's really helpful! 6 hours ago, PA-SGuy said: could always try to get to 90k after one year. Also, is the student loan repayment every year or just once? Ask about raises as well. They seem unwilling to change the base at all, unfortunately... Student loan repayment is recurring yearly for 5 years, taxed as income. Raise to 90 after 2 years.
