Cideous
California has very unfortunate homestead laws which means your home is forfeit if you get sued and your malpractice is insufficient. I was wondering how/if providers in Ca ever think about this and is there is anything that can be done to protect your assets...mainly your home. Thanks. AlteredBeast
Oh that's easy! I can't afford a house in CA. I guess the obvious thing to do would be to increase one's malpractice coverage.
Guest HanSolo
If married, is it possible to put the home entirely in your spouse's name? That way it isn't your house.
AbeTheBabe
Bump. Interested about this. I have 1/3M coverage through my employer. Not enough?
