General Internal Medicine Fellowship?

I am about halfway through my clinical year as a PA student and I was wanting to hear from PAs who went on to pursue a fellowship in internal medicine. I really loved my internal medicine rotation and I want to dive in and work through the minutia of internal medicine for a longer period of time before I jump into practicing full-time. Is the Carolinas Healthcare Fellowship for Advanced Practice Clinicians a good option to pursue further education?

there are only a few for IM, like 3. all good. mayo has one in AZ too. one in Missouri as well.

Believe there is one on Colorado as well, but at first glance it doesn’t look as good. I heard good things from a prior resident at the Carolinas system except poor procedural training that all went to the ICU PA residents
