ohiovolffemtp
In the midst of the epidemic of street opiates, both of my hospitals are suffering from severe shortages of IV opiates: morphine, dilaudid, and fentanyl are all either in very short supply or are totally out. What are folks using? Here's what I've either tried or have colleagues who have: Stadol: seems to work fairly well. IV Tylenol (Ofirmev): some efficacy, now available in generic and much less expensive IV lidocaine: cheap, so so efficacy Other thoughts?
