KL2017
I just finished interviewing at a PA program that I really want to get into. What is the proper way to follow up post-interview? I know some programs do not want you to email or send letters as they feel they have what they need to make a decision about your acceptance/rejection at that point. Is it in my best interest to send in a letter of intent just like I have done in the past for jobs? A thank you email? What is most appropriate? Any success stories, bad or neutral reactions to doing this? All advice is helpful. Thank you!
robins53
A thank you email if you would like is all. Or nothing. Good luck.
padreaming
I think a thank you shows that you are prompt and cordial. Although it doesn't impact their decision, it does show your character. Letters of intent, however, I have seen are discouraged.
