RVU and Incident to, what to do!?

Hey, first and foremost thanks for any input in advance.. Here's my issue:

I work in a RHC (rural health clinic) owned by a hospital and am being transitioned to an RVU payment structure. I just found out they are billing me "incident to" my SP -- I am concerned what this will mean for my RVU production #'s...When billing incident to,  I lose RVU's and SP gets "free" RVU's I would imagine?  

Me thinks this is going to be very hard to track and keep straight..  Not all of our clinics are RHC's and I feel they over looked us when implementing the widespread RVU reimbursement structure. 

Anyone have experience or thoughts on this?
