runnerpa-s
Hello! I was curious if any outpatient IM PAs also rounded in the hospital or if that's non-existent now that hospitalists are growing...? Also curious if any of you do rural IM medicine and how you found a job? I'm a PA-S and haven't seen any rural IM posts for PAs. Thanks! Joshawott
Hi! I noticed no one has replied... I am sort of in a unique situation similar to what you’re asking. I do work outpatient IM/primary care with a focus on the HIV population and I will round inpatient with the ID team on a rotational basis. MediMike
I rotated at a clinic in rural eastern Washington, would run from a clinic patient to a fracture in the ED and then upstairs to see an admitted patient then back to clinic...and repeat. Was amazing.
