KEBPA Posted December 8, 2017 Share Posted December 8, 2017 Hi! Does anyone have a solely revenue based salary? If so what percentage of revenue do you receive? Also wondering if anyone has a bonus structure where they receive a certain percentage of what they bring in once surpassing their annual salary? I also work at a place that's revenue-based and I am thinking about leaving vs. negotiating, but don't want to put all the numbers on internet. PACShrink Posted December 19, 2017 Share Posted December 19, 2017 Read my previous posts (history). I posted on this topic a ways back. Currently I am working on a per patient basis. It is much better. At the end of the 2 week cycle they count the # of patients I saw. Pay arrives 1 week later. $90 for an eval and $45 for a follow up.
