I work in ortho at a critical access hospital spending half my time in outpatient and half in surgery. Are there any other ortho PAs out there working at a critical access hospital? If so, I was wondering how much call you take, hourly pay vs daily rate, first or second call, weeknight vs weekend pay, etc? I read the AAPA salary report which was helpful, but I am hoping to get more specific within the ortho specialty for negotiating a fair rate. Thanks for your input!
