masd22
Hey, I am very fortunate to be in the position where I have to decide between these two programs... if anyone has any insight or advice on either program. I am having a really hard time and am definately torn so any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
StudentPA
Have you gone through and looked at the rotations and how many elecitve rotations you may get? The extra elective rotation may help you if you want to specialize in a perticular subspecialty. I would recommend that you do some soul searching. Close your eyes and imagine yourself going through a day in each program. See if you can picture yourself more clearly in a perticular place/program due to the atmosphere. I hope this helps out somehow.
StudentPA
If it helps there is a table in the link which compares the first time pass rates at TOURO California on the PANCE with other schools in the state of California including LOMA LINDA. http://www.touro.edu/media/pr/releases/PR-COPPAExcel102010.pdf

Acebecker
I know the director of the TOURO program - a good PA. I know you couldn't go wrong with her program. That said, she has a bit of a different perspective than I expected when I first met her, so you might want to find some input from current students at that program - do what you can to ensure a good fit of your personality into their class. You'll get a top notch education for certain. Good luck with a tough decision! Andrew
