You get to know them better and you will show up knowing familiar faces. I'm still close friends with people that I met during my interviews... some got in before me, some didn't, and of course I have my now classmates. I'm checking into my hotel near the UW Tacoma campus on Thursday 12/7. If either or both of you would like to meet up somewhere to compare notes on Thursday or Friday, I'd be game.
