Maupa Posted October 29, 2017 Share Posted October 29, 2017 A derm residency would be a great way to get your foot in the door to work in dermatology if that is what you would like to do. I was trained in derm at the Mayo clinic which was very much like a residency. You can learn dermatology OTJ but a residency at a university gives you great exposure to understanding more complex dermatology in shorter period of time.
