For all of the gals interviewing, what are you wearing?  Suit with skirt, suit with pants, dress with jacket, open toe shoe, closed toe shoe, no jewelry, minimal jewelry, hair up, hair down??   The guys have it easy!! :)

Dark gray pant suit with a lighter top, low black open toe heels, hair down, minimal jewelry but might throw in a statement necklace depending on what type of top I can find
