Hey all! Just thought I'd start this thread.. Quick question, how do you know if long island received your GRE scores? B/C the scores are sent directly to the school and not through CASPA.

The scores are sent to CASPA specifically for LIU - they are not transmitted to the school directly. Check your caspa application under the 'submit' tab to see if your GRE scores have arrived. You can also call ETS to double check, they will let you know.

Submitted on CASPA 7/12. Have not heard from them since. But received this email 7/20:

'Dear Applicant:
               Thank you for your interest in the Division of Physician Assistant Studies at Long Island University/Brooklyn.  Your application has been received and will be reviewed by our Admissions Committee.  We have a rolling admissions program here at LIU that begins evaluating applications upon receipt and continues that process until the class is full; therefore, your application is viable until you receive a decision letter from the LIU’s Admissions Office.  This process can take up to 13 months, depending on when your CASPA is verified.  Please be patient.'

not yet! I submitted 7/22 and verified 7/24. Still haven't heard a thing.

Received August 23rd not long after I submitted. I haven't heard anything since then I think it was just a confirmation email.

Just to give everyone a heads up: I talked to a friend of mine who is in the program currently. They have done about 2 rounds of interviews so far. Crossing my fingers that one comes our way soon!
