ttaggart19
I'm trying to find some info on new CAPA or AAPA legistlation in the past year or so for an interview. It's very hard without a membership to access this kind of information. I have 2 pieces of legislation that I know of. The bill SB233 which redefines the PAs role in an ER setting enabling them to treat/consult with patients. And then an AAPA bill which allows PAs to treat federal employees with job related traumatic injuries. Other than that I can't find any new legislation that has recently passed. Can anyone help me out with something else. I'm just looking for one more. Thanks
mktalon
That's the benefit of being a member! Is this for an interview for getting into PA school?
greenmood
Why not just join? Then you can get the journal, too.
dkwee
I'd register as an Affiliate member, which is what I did. It cost me $75 but it comes with many benefits, such as newsletters regarding legislations. For me, though, my favorite perk is the Directory that lets me access basic information of PAs all over the nation!
