Not bad, simple, intuitive and relatively inexpensive ($150 per provider per month). All the bells and whistles-- electronic Rx, templates, patient ed, ect.. Customer service has alot to be desired of, therefore we are contemplating switching another EHR. I would really like to hear your recommendations, thoughts... many thanks! Just a thought, I am now moving my practice and Kareo does not have a way to export medical records or to allow access unless you continue paying the $150 per month forever. They will purge all my notes in 60 days of stopping payment. This will be a real problem for us, although, until now I have like Kareo (after losing my shirt on a previous one, Glostream).
