Looking at the AAPA salary report (take that for what you will, Derm has a decent sample size though) your salary is in the 90th percentile as is, but your bonus is less than 25th percentile for your experience. Getting every other Friday off while keeping everything else the same is functionally like getting a 10%/hr raise... not terrible if you are more interested in time than money. 

 

If they wont go that route then you should try to work for a production bonus, ask for more procedures and take advantage of the fact that you allow your CP to work half days in the clinic.
