For the social the night before are you expected to be there exactly at 5:30 or is it a come and go relaxed feel to this? Did you go on time or a little later alsoooo what is the attire for this?! It's probably fine to show up late to the social as it's optional. Great question. I showed up right at 5:30 and was astonished by how many people were already there. Then after about 15/20 mins we went into a classroom and everyone asked the current students questions. I wore a suit and with no jacket or tie and felt overdressed. I wore a nice blouse and black pants. Now that it's getting cooler out, a nice sweater would be appropriate. Also strange because people have already been accepted.. Not sure if I will even have a chance at an interview given how late they will be reviewing my application.
