I was recently accepted into a Physician Assistant program and approved for Voc Rehab Chapter 31 benefits. My VA counselor gave me this survey get completed by people already working in the industry. I created a google form and I am hoping that some of you will help me get this accomplished. The survey is five short questions and shouldn't take any longer than five minutes. On this form I ask for your name and contact information, but I assure you I will not be contacting you nor will I share this form with anyone except my VA counselor.
