I think if you're a fan of PBL (director of the program has started many PBL programs), the potential for research, the east coast, and of course the ivy league name go with Yale. If you're more a fan of being in pediatrics, rural medicine, at one of the higher PA programs, and the Colorado scenery, cities, etc, go with Colorado!

If you are in state at either place, I would think that would be a huge factor as Colorado does in-state tuition and as it is a three year program you can get in-state after your first year I believe. If it were me I would go with Colorado, I applied there and was going to apply at Yale, but then heard some bad reviews from people I know that have been there. I was also put off a bit by the fact that Yale is trying to start an online program.
