Matthew Scheidt, 18, faces multiple charges. Police say he impersonated an officer and carried a concealed weapon. An officer said he saw a white Ford Crown Victoria that resembled an unmarked police car pull up beside him while patrolling South Beach. Scheidt, the driver of the Ford, was acting as if he were an officer by using a laptop, speaking with the officer in police jargon, and advised the officer to buckle his seat belt, said officials.Additional officers were called when the Miami Beach Police officer did not recognize Scheidt. The arrest affidavit said that Scheidt had a .380 caliber Ruger under the passenger seat, a Taser, a set of handcuffs, a radio, an Osceola County Police badge and an empty ankle holster on his leg.A spokesperson with Osceola County Sheriff's office said that badges are easy to order online and his sheriff's office ID is left over from 2010 when he was a police explorer. The representative said they asked for the ID back from Scheidt, but he said he couldn't find it. [TABLE=class: clkImgTbl]

In October, Scheidt faced two counts of impersonating a physician's assistant and four counts of practicing medicine without a license. Police said he had obtained an all-access pass to work on patients, remove IVs and perform CPR in an emergency room.Police said Scheidt did all of those things, even though he was a 17-year-old part-time billing clerk.St. Cloud police said Scheidt admitted during questioning that he also tried to get physicians' credentials at St. Cloud Regional Medical Center. Police said the hospital kicked him out when he was unable to show proper identification. Officials at that hospital said they did not want to pursue charges because his plan didn't get very far.

We had a little turd like this running around the NW for awhile, breaking into businesses, stealing/crashing planes and boats. You may recall they caught up to him recently in the Bahamas (Barefoot Bandit). He'd had lots of quality time with the local PD leading up to his last episode so pretty difficult to have any sympathy.

Maybe he should do one of those reality T.V. series........from behind bars :-)
