IwanttobeaPA Posted July 7, 2016 I have a pretty average GPA (3.4) so I decided to apply to 20 schools which I know is a lot but wanted to do whatever it took to get into PA school this year. I am worried in future interviews that they will ask how many schools I have applied to. How should I answer this question without sounding like I was just applying everywhere? I truly did spend months picking the specific schools I did apply to with pros and cons for all in an excel document so I would genuinely be happy at any of these schools. Do I give an exact number or just say I applied to well over the average number of schools?? Thanks!
UGoLong Posted July 7, 2016 I would just describe your process and say you applied to several schools. In our interviews, we ask if you applied to any other schools in our geographical area. I wouldn't be obviously evasive, but there is no requirement to tell them everything about your school search nor characterize your applications as "above average."
