I never received my letter, but I did get a call from Kandee. Its supposed to be by letter via the mail. I think mine got messed up due to mail being forwarded from a recent move. I am anxiously waiting, but have not heard anything from them yet... It is almost end of my 3rd week and I was not sure if I should contact Ms. Newman or not......
