For anyone that interviewed this week: approximately what time did the day end? also did current students have an info session the night before as they did last year? I'm just trying to make travel arrangements. Hope your interviews went well!

The interviews themselves went until around 11 ish and then the students take you on a tour of the med school/hospital/dorms etc. so that all wrapped up around 1. They also did have the info. session the night before which was really informative!  Good luck!!

Good luck to everyone who has received secondary apps and interviews! I would like some opinions - is submitting to CASPA on 7/13 too late? (I have double and triple checked my app to make sure it's free and clear of errors). Feeling super nervous! I have about 5000 HCE, sci/non-sci GPA 3.5, & 47 shadowing hours (shadowing is what delayed my submitting a bit - I wanted to talk about it in my personal statement). Isn't there a "bottleneck" that occurs the closer you submit to the deadline? =-/

 

 

Apply! People got in last year that applied the last possible day! But do it ASAP for a possible earlier interview when there are more spots still left

When were your secondary apps due? Mine was due 7/11 and I have yet to hear back regarding an interview...getting anxious!

how did you find out about the info. session the night prior to the interview? will they tell interviewees once their interview dates approaches?

Invite for September 15th! Caspa verified may 23rd and secondary was due on July 15tg.

Just received my supplemental application today, due August 8. I was getting worried that I was not even competitive enough to get one. Verified July 1.

Only reason is that it was taking a while for me to receive one. I've been following everyone's posts here and I've been using the caspa verification dates as a guideline to determine if my application was looked at or not.

Just mailed in my supp today. Mine is due August 8. :) Hope to hear back from them soon! How long did it take others to have received word about their application after the mailing of their supp app?

Mine was received by the program 7/12 and I was invited to interview on 7/15!
