bluepillow
Hi all, I noticed UNE posted a document of their desired patient care experience. I found the list odd. The experience that they will give "full credit" to are professional doctorates and nursing degrees (with the exception of paramedic and resp). Medical assistant and EMT only get "1/2 credit"? Does anyone else find these credit designations strange?http://www.une.edu/sites/default/files/PA%20Patient%20Care%20Experience%202016-17%20%281%29.pdf

As an ER tech all I do is patient care. This list is very disappointing.
Disciple3
Not sure how accurate that is, I know we have several people in the current class that got most of their experience as ED techs. However the jobs at the top definitely prepare you the best to be a PA.
