Guest mb2494
Current PA students, what upper level science courses would you recommend for undergraduate that will be most helpful for PA school?(Aside from A&P I,II, and Microbio which I've taken). I'm considering immunology? I'm also looking to see if my college offers Intro to Pharmacology...Any advice or input is appreciated
dndandrea
I'd definitely suggest pathophysiology and endocrinology. Pharmacology, gross anatomy, immunology, pathology, and women's health would help, but not as much as the first two.

cordelia*8
I took immunology and am SO glad I did--one of my most challenging but worthwhile courses from undergrad.
HoundsfieldHero
I agree with the previous posters. Remember, you don't need to take a class to learn about a subject. If I were you, I'd grab a copies of BRS gross anatomy, physiology, patho, micro, etc and refresh/familiarize yourself with some of the denser material. I started preparing as soon after I was accepted and it has been a big help so far.
