Offer: Urgent care position working 3 days/week and then 4 days a week the next. I would work every other weekend. The SP and I really clicked and she will offer good teaching/mentoring which is very appealing. Salary: 93,000 with full medical/dental/malpractice/licensing fees. CME: 1800 and 4 days. PTO: 18 days There is also a productivity bonus available up to 5,000 and other shifts and local urgent cares are available to be picked up as well. What do you all think? RuralER/Ortho Posted December 31, 2015 Share Posted December 31, 2015 Also, one thing to think about is what 'type' of urgent care clinic is it? Some see a wide variety of high acuity. Some are basically sore throat and uri clinics. I work 2-4 shifts at the second type each month.... Any more than that would probably burn me out quickly. Just another thing to consider.
