My cousin receives clinical hours for working at the Suicide and Crisis Services. I was wondering if that would work for clinical hours for PA schools.

Not a whole lot of medical patients there.  Regardless of whether or not it might count, it's very limited in scope.  Sounds like an excellent volunteer opportunity, though.

I think it would be great on an application, but I think it wouldn't count as direct patient care experience. It would couple well with some good direct patient care, but I wouldn't use it as my primary source.
