Has anyone else received the following message?

****Thank you for submitting your application to the Master of Physician Assistant Studies program at Chatham University.

 

The Graduate Admissions Office has received all of the application materials required to complete your file. The Committee on Graduate Admission will carefully review your strengths and achievements and will notify you regarding your admission status.

By the way GTREV07, Chatham do not offer interviews. They use holistic approach and mail out the acceptance letters to the BEST FIT candidates by the end of this year or early next year. Its a long wait considering most other schools be done with their selction process by then! But, Chatham is worth the wait, though! Love the PBL program~

I'm just as excited as you and anxiously waiting on a reply from Chatham as well, but just curious, how do they use a holistic approach to review potential candidates?

@gtrev07 From previous posts I assume the university sends out first set of invitations around the holiday season! Good luck to you!! It would make a great holiday season!!

Overall GPA or science GPA of 3.5 and above

Research, publications or presentations

Advanced degrees, certifications or training

 

We also consider personal characteristics of the applicant including:

Chatham student or alumni

 

Significant personal experiences have an impact on how individuals view the world and those around them. The following list provides illustrations of the types of experiences that would be considered but should not be viewed as all-inclusive:

Multilingual ability
