Moderator EMEDPA Posted November 7, 2011 Moderator Share Posted November 7, 2011 on the job training is an option as there are not enough residency slots for everyone who wants one. if you are in a position to do a residency I would highly recommend applying. see http://www.appap.org for info on residencies. for em, the best bang for your buck in cme is the annual society of emergency medicine pa's conference. lots of quality lectures from big name speakers and many interactive skills workshops. next yr it is in Tuscon, az in march. see www.sempa.org for details.
