I spoke to a lot of the program's current students who said about 1/3 of their class was on the alternate list, so I wasn't so disheartned when I got my letter. kooljessie2007 Posted February 9, 2012 Share Posted February 9, 2012 The interview was laid back actually- no grilling, no poker faces, just conversing. Nothing out of the ordinary about the questions. If anything, I think they just want to see where you stand with your answers (values, mission, beliefs) and see your personality behind your answers. In fact, I didn't even know that fact until you mentioned it. I guess they want to be prepared if something like last year's situation arises where they had to call on alternates for spots that were declined at the last minute. beautifulday Posted February 11, 2012 Share Posted February 11, 2012 It was a long day (7:30-5:00), but most of it was pretty relaxed. The interviews are multiple-mini interviews, so that part went by really quickly. Overall, it was not as stressful as I thought it was going to be.
