"it's probably nothing"-fast track disasters

Youngish person referred from WIC for "PEP" after getting a fight bite a few nights prior.  NP was more concerned about HIV/Hep alphabet testing than the fact that they'd punched the tooth out of their opponent's mouth, wound had closed, had not sought any medical care until 3 days later, had a hand the size of a 10 oz boxing glove and general malaise...I was also pretty sure there were a few bone chips in the hand that weren't called by the rads to boot on the XRay not ordered by the WIC.

Happily seen by plastics.
