laura4 Posted July 22, 2011 Hey everyone, I would love any feedback or experience you have had with either the Emory Home study board review course or the UMDNJ PA certification/recertification review course. I did read one opinion on a previous thread that felt the Emory course was more "clinically" oriented and the UMDNJ one was more "academic," but am hoping to get some more feedback. I just recently took the PANRE and failed. I chose the "surgery" option and will not be doing that again. I felt like the questions were all over the place and I did prepare using the AAPA comprehensive review book but a lot of the topics on the test were not covered in the review book. I am very disappointed by it all. I would love to go to a conference but they are so expensive when you include flight, hotel and time off from work. Thanks in advance for any insight!

PAinMaryland Posted July 22, 2011 Laura, It appears that several people have failed PANRE who didn't expect it. Did you take it over the past month or two? Look at the posting by surfnturf in 'Professional PA' topic. Wonder if its an issue with NCCPA system.
