Hamptons hump: Pulmonary infarct, as in PE

Hilar LAD elevated ACE: Sacrcoidosis (non-caseating granuloma) also can see septal panniculitis

Increased systolic pressure, widened pulse pressure and brady: Cushings triad for ICP.

as for the basal cell vs. squamous cell... I always confuse the two, and probably will continue to. A 66% never caused paroxsymal anything in me Mr. Andersen, but I appreciate the humor. I may have even gotten a 66% on this one.

65 y/o female s/p fall presents to ER w/ externally rotated foot.

most likely cause, and complication. --> Hip dislocation and avascular necrosis.

1. prominant epicanthal folds, sandal toe, and simian creases

2. strawberry tongue

3. football sign

Im pretty sure external rotation is indicative of a fx, vs dislocation. Internal rotation is dislocation, AVN correct.

your buzz words are good, so good I dont know them.

Question: Couldn't a non-solid lung lesion, or cavitation, on chest film also suggest Klebsiella pneumo or even sarcoidosis? Maybe sarcoidoisis is simply non-caseating, but has a solid appearance? Would love some feedback from people in the know.
