That along with Chvostek's sign, tapping the facial nerve along the jaw should cause temporary twitching, or maseter spasms whoops, only about 4 hours late answering that one. Yeah, I couldn't help myself....I was laughing the whole time I typed that post. To be honest, this has the potential to become a pretty decent PANCE/PANRE test prep thread. I could sit and write up test questions all day. I've always been pretty good at reading test questions and figuring out what the question writer is after pretty quickly. IDK if there is a practice question thread on this forum or not...but as long as nobody posted questions they memorized off of the PANCE/PANRE (and it'd probably need a warning specifically saying NOT to), it'd probably be quite helpful.
