PA_S
Hello! I am currently a PA in IL and have been thinking about moving back to Ohio. On the application it says you need a physician recommendation from a doctor in Ohio? Does anyone have any recommendations on how to get this? Or can I do a Physicia in IL as long as I get it notarized here? Thanks!
ella.j
Are you referring to the OH medical license application? If so, an actual LOR is not required, only certificates of "Good Moral Character" of the physician assistant applicant must be submitted to the board of medicine. You can get these forms signed off by any 2 physicians who know u. But, they must notarize it themselves in the state they are licensed in. The physicians may send the forms themselves to OH board of medicine, or you can submit everything together yourself.
