Submitting after the holiday weekend?

I'm starting to feel the crunch at this point with submitting my application. My goal was to submit today, but I have the opportunity early next week to meet with my academic advisor to go over my app together. Does anyone think that submitting today versus right after the holiday weekend would delay things much? I know that CASPA will start to get busy these next few weeks and I want to make sure I'm still getting considered early.

Getting a second pair of eyes on your app might catch a mistake you never knew you had. The advisor might also be able to make suggestions for improvement. I seriously doubt anyone at the CASPA office will be working over the holiday weekend anyway.

Your app won't be verified over the weekend and the earliest it will mail out is the end of next week anyway. You might as well wait until after the holiday.
