deborah212 Posted June 5, 2011 Share Posted June 5, 2011 On the hospitalist service, HIT is always on the mind when we see a platelet drop (practically all of our patients are on pharmacological DVT prophylaxis), but I've only once seen it in actuality in a MICU call-out... and it was "only" type I.
