I work with a lot of APPs (both PAs and NPs) and they find the book really useful. It has a lot of pictures so is great for both x-rays and EKGs. One of them suggested I post a message here. The ones I work with used their CME on it so that's a plus - and Amazon sets the price on their own and right now it's pretty heavily discounted.
