PA as investor in occ med clinic?

Any PAs out there with experience as an investor in and provider at an occ med clinic? Any pearls you'd be willing to share? I have the opportunity to get in on the ground floor of an occ med clinic; other than asking for the business plan, I don't know of creative ways I might be actually able to invest in the setup, rather than just be a provider... thoughts??

 

I'm coming into occ med relatively new; some limitedexperience at a national occ med / urgent care' my bread-and-butter has been 3 years ER / UC experience.
