Ferrous sulfate -> peds dose is 3 -6 mg (of elemental Fe) /kg divided QID -- easy enough, but when I pull up the Rx through our EMR it comes up as a dropper instead of the normal /mL dosing.. what's the proper sig in this case? hope that makes sense.. how do you dose peds iron!? lol.
