We did a breast and pelvic exam on a woman, a genital exam and DRE on a man (both of these included a generalized physical, as well), and we did a short visit at a nursing home to practice MMSEs. The rest of our time was in classrooms and labs. Of course, our labs include a lot of practicing history-taking and physicals on each other.
