Applied to med school 5 years ago, will this hurt my chances at PA?

Applied to a variety of med schools 5 years ago without any success. Of course I will be honest about this in applications/interviews if asked but will it hurt my chances as in automatically getting rejected? This was during a time I did not have much information about the PA profession (my ECs and resume can prove this) but now I am 100% positive I want to become a PA. I'm just afraid I will raise some eyebrows before even getting a chance to explain.

Thing is I'm applying to PA schools this cycle that also have med schools which I applied to back then. Some schools ask if you have ever applied to any program there and if so which ones. I would have to put yes and medical school. Just want to see if people still have success even though it was a few years back for me
