I know my LOR did not appear on the status column until the school had my application fee processed so maybe that is the case for you? The school also stated that it could take up to 15 days for it to appear but if has been longer I would personally contact them because it is not complete until there are dates in both of those columns. @Hockey15 I didn't send anything directly to the school, just through CASPA. I believe they just verify the letters are attached to your CASPA and they enter the date their verified this. Hope this helps and good luck!
